PVC Embossing Marble Sheet Machine

The PVC embossing artificial marble sheet extrusion line is specially designed for producing decorative PVC marble sheets with realistic stone patterns. After lamination and UV coating, the final products feature high gloss, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and waterproof performance, making them an ideal alternative to natural marble. They are widely used for wall panels, background walls, doors, cabinets, and commercial interior decoration.

The production line mainly consists of: conical twin screw extruder, extrusion mold, three-roller calender, lamination unit, cooling & calibration system, haul-off machine, cutter, and stacker. With advanced automation, the machine ensures stable output, uniform thickness, and smooth surface quality.
