Product Description

Our PVC pipe extrusion machine can produce PVC pipe size range from Ø16 to Ø1000mm.PVC pipes can be used for water supply, water drainage, liquid transportation, electric conduit, etc.
We have different kinds of PVC pipe making machine to produce different kinds of PVC pipes: UPVC pipe, CPVC pipe, PVC-O pipe, PVC-M pipe, etc.We can provide customized PVC pipe, such as conical or parallel twin screw extruder, double strand or four strand.

Produce process for PVC Pipe :
PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

Produce process for HDPE PP PE Pipe :
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
